Collection includes one scrapbook of postcards and photographic images from magazines or journal articles depicting international sailing ships and steamships. The bulk of the collection pertains to sailing ships. Most of the images are identified as to the name of the ship; many of the images have additional captions stating where and when the ship was built, the tonnage of the ship, ship measurements, etc. The inside cover is inscribed by Edward S. Clark and the date 1920.
